HIDDEN FEATURES IN GOOGLE WORKSPACE AND MICROSOFT OFFICE MASTERCLASS
Hello everyone!
Office of International Affairs UNESA organizes a masterclass entitled “Hidden Features in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office”. Together with the speakers, Robby Arsyahdani as Solutions Lead at Pointstar Indonesia, and a Google Certified Educator, as well as Giovanni Rosalia who acquires Microsoft Office 2019 Certification, this class can help you to learn more about features of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The event is open to all academic communities at UNESA and will be held on October 21st, 2021, from 09.30-12.00 WIB via Zoom Meeting.
As we know, online learning has been the main
media that we’re using during this pandemic. Many said that the trends will not
stop and will continue to be adapted even once the pandemic is over. With a
constant demand for digitalization right now, all of us need to be able to
adjust and advance over it. Many digital tools are actually available to
support us, especially for our needs in educational fields. Two of them that a
lot of us are currently using are Google Workplace and Microsoft Office. Google
Workspace is basically a productivity service in which there are various
integrated applications. Applications such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google
Drive, etc now can be found in one place. Google even launched Google Workspace
for Education, enhancing its features in applications such as Google Classroom
and Google Meets, in support and upgrade of digital learning activities.
Meanwhile, another useful tool, particularly for students and educators, is
Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office comprises software such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, OneNote, and etc. This must be familiar to us since almost all of
our data relating to work are processed in these software.
In this masterclass, we don’t only provide you with basic knowledge of these two services, but also underrated features that are rarely people know yet very useful for teamwork and learning activities. These can help academic communities from the staff to lecturers to maximize the use of features in these two applications. The knowledge can be directly implemented for teaching, learning, and other computational activities as well.
The event is completely free and it’s limited to 30 participants only!
