Offering: Postdoctoral Program 2021
In order to improve the development of the quality and competence of human resources in Higher Education, the Directorate of Resources Directorate General of Higher Education offers the Postdoctoral Program 2021. The Postdoctoral Program is an effort of the Directorate of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to provide opportunities to young doctors to continue and improve their competence and insight in the field of doctoral studies through joint research and international publication activities with a senior mentor at a partner university abroad or following an internship in the business world, industrial world or other relevant international institutions. It is hoped that the selected young doctorates can make the best use of this opportunity to improve their competence which is beneficial for the development of their home institution.
Participants seek contact with partners from universities or research institutions, the business world and the industrial world (DUDI), or other international institutions outside. country and get a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or LoI (Letter of Invitation) from the intended partner. This program is expected to increase the competence of lecturers so that they contribute to the development of the participating institutions through increasing the number of international publications, innovative work, recognition and international cooperation as well as internship experiences at DUDI and relevant international institutions.

For lecturers at Universitas Negeri Surabaya who are interested in participating in the Postdoctoral Program activities can propose online through the page kompetensi.sumberdaya.kemdikbud.go.id/v2, with a deadline for the proposal no later than 30th June 2021
