Unesa Successfully held an Enablement Session of Data Analytic through SAP Analytics Cloud in Collaboration with ASEAN Foundation and SAP.
Even though it is still a Covid-19 pandemic, it does not hinder the cooperation process between Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Surabaya State University) and ASEAN Foundation. This was proven by the virtual agenda on Thursday (25/04). Universitas Negeri Surabaya through the Office of International Affairs (OIA) conducted an Enablement Session of Data Analytics Training using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
This event is a conclusive evidence collaboration program with ASEAN Foundation. It has been 5 years since ASEAN Foundation held SAP Enablement Session. Surabaya State University is the 9th participant in the program. The event was attended by 32 participants (lecturers) from 8 faculties. The event was begun with an opening speech from the president of the Office of International Affairs, Asrori, SS., M.Pd. In his opening speech, he hoped that there would be a lot to learn from the event and would then take advantage of what was gained today. He further said, “Today’s activity is a ToT or Training of Trainers, which means all participants have further responsibility for conducting training for their students”. The Enablement session has 5 objectives, namely importing data, smart discovery, data explorers, calculating and input control, and also the designer mode and geo-enrichment. During the session, all participants were so active and excited.
The holding of this event is expected to provide benefits for the UNESA academic community both as learning and also for research purposes. In addition, there is still one more session, cleansing data, which will be immediately provided by SAP Germany. It is hoped that in the future UNESA and the ASEAN Foundation can continue cooperating on a larger and significant scale.
