World Class Professor (WCP) Program 2022

We are delighted to inform you that the World Class Professor (WCP) returns again this year. This program which was initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology is meant to invite visiting professors from renowned universities both local and international to be placed in the various universities in Indonesia and send lecturers/researchers back to the visiting professor’s institution. The objectives are to allow the home university to interact with world-class institutions and professors as well as to boost the competency and the rank of the home university. The opportunity for the proposing candidate is open to all lecturers with a doctoral degree. 

Furthermore, this program will be conducted within the period from August to November 2022. And the activities can be varied starting from fine-tuning a joint publication article, doing joint supervision for students, becoming a guest lecturer or peer review, etc. Once selected, the ministry will cover most expenses. Moreover, for this year’s period, it is planned to be conducted offline but if the circumstances are not possible, then the option will be either hybrid or online.

• Deadline of submission : June 30, 2022

• Desk evaluation : July 2022

• Interview : July 2022

• Final Announcement : July 2022

• Funding verification & TOR : July 2022

• Program implementation : August - November 2022

• Moniroting & Evaluation : October 2022

• End of the program : November 30, 2022

• Seminar of the Outcomes : December 2022

• Report Submission : December 15, 2022
