[Volunteer] Open Recruitment Volunteer Staff Bina Antarbudaya Surabaya

Hello everyone!!! 

Welcoming the new year, Bina Antarbudaya Surabaya is conducting open recruitment for volunteer staff for the period of 2022-2023. It is an organization established in 1985 and is focusing on intercultural learning as well as giving chances for students to participate in various exchange programs. The organization has been partnering with AFS Intercultural Programs, one of the biggest exchange organizations in the world, and facilitating in other programs as well such as the KL-YES Youth Exchange and Study, and the Asia Kakehashi project. 

As a volunteer staff, you will get many opportunities to learn and grow within this dynamic organization. You can develop local or international networkings, participate in excellent workshops, get international learning and exposure, a recommendation letter, and many other benefits.

Moreover, the eligibility criteria include:

1. Minimum of 19 years old
2. Living in Surabaya and greater areas (Sidoarjo and Gresik)
3. Having an interest in the intercultural issue
4. Ready to commit and learn new things
5. Able to work as a team and open-minded 

There are 5 divisions that you can choose from:

1. Sending
2. Hosting
3. Public Relation
4. Volunteer Development
5. Admin & Finance
